The outfield looks nice and lush, so we feel it will suit our game if we can play to our strengths.”

“We would have definitely bowled first. We’ve stuck to the plans and we’re not focusing on the results. We will not look to tinker with the methods. The pitch does have some extra grass and it seems like it would be benefitting the fast bowlers. We have one change in our side as Saima Thakor comes in place of Rajeshwari Gayakwad. ”
Tahlia McGrath on UP Warriorz’s Strategy
“We were sloppy in the field and didn’t quite finish the game with the bat. So, we will need to adjust to the conditions here. It looks like there’s a bit more bounce in the wicket, and hopefully, we can play some good cricket and get a win on the board.You don’t have much time to train and prepare, so all you can do is talk about it and stay positive as a group. You can’t dwell on it too much because the games come thick and fast. Hopefully, we can put on a good performance tonight.Trying to support Deepti as much as possible. It’s her first time captaining, and I think she’s doing a great job so far. I’m just trying to assist her wherever I can. We have some brilliant minds in the group, and we’re leaning on each other to do our best and secure a win.”
